Principal - A teacher of high repute Mr. V.R.Palaniswamy has more than 28years of experience in teaching Mathematics and training mathematics teachers. Recipient of the National Award to Teachers for the year 2011 from the President of India and the CBSE- National Teacher Award for the year 2007, which is instituted by the Union Ministry of HRD, Government of India. He is a Postgraduate in Mathematics and Science Education, holds M.Phil., degree in education and an alumna of The Regional Institute of Education, Mysore which is a unit of NCERT. He has authored 17 text books in Mathematics for classes from I to XII, published by the leading publishers. He was the team leader for the production and publication of interactive CDs in Mathematics for Primary and Middle school children. Served as a resource person for the Educational Television Program of Doordarshan Kendra, Chennai and anchored many Educational and Medical program for Doordarshan. He has successfully completed QMS Internal Auditors' course for ISO 9001: 2000 and ISO 9001: 2008. He is the Management Representative (MR) for Quality Management System of the school for ISO 9001: 2008. He is also the recipient of the Best Teacher Awards from the Lions Club of Madras Teynampet for the year 1999 and from the Madras Metropolitan chapter of Y' S Man International Club for the year 2000. He is a member of American Mathematical Society.

Principal – A Physics teacher for over thirty years who has made the learning of the subject easy and an enjoyable one. The first teacher in Bahrain who was bestowed with the CBSE award for teachers, a prestigious award for teachers instituted by the ministry of HRD, Govt. of India. A teacher who has been highly successful in instilling the spirit of science into students, he has also published books to aid student learning. An alumnus of Sainik School Kazhakootam and Regional Institute of Education, Mysore a premier institute for Teacher training under the agies of the NCERT. An extremely good team leader who inspires colleagues to perform more than they think they can, he has been able to carve out programs which saw the school class XII results see a quantum jump.

Mr. Anand Nair, the Vice-Principal for the Senior Section is a post-graduate in Commerce from the University of Pune and holds a Diploma in Teacher Training Education. He is enrolled for M.Phil and Phd programme from the University of Mumbai in the subject of Infrastructure Financing. His total teaching and administrative experience is of 15 years which includes teaching in colleges in Mumbai and at the Indian School. He was the former Vice-Principal of Kamala Mehta College of Commerce and Management; affiliated to the University of Mumbai. He has a flair for research and has published two papers in International Journals on the subject of Financial Inclusion. He has been a trainer associated with various training institutes for Personality and Stress Management programmes for youngsters.

Mr. Vinod A, the Vice-Principal for Middle School is a post graduate in Mathematics from the Calicut University and he holds a Diploma in Teacher Training Education. He has a rich teaching experience of 12 years in the Indian School, Bahrain and more than 10 years in India. He was the Project Coordinator for development of Educational software in Technopark, Trivandrum. He was also instrumental in training teachers for the use of different application software. As a passion, he used to coach IIT-JEE students and for other competitive examinations. He was the Head of Department of Mathematics in the Indian School for 4 years. He has the master brain in Result processing and developing software the youth festival result analysis.

Mr. Satheesh G, the Vice-Principal for Academic Administration is a post graduate in Mathematics and B. Ed from M G University, Kerala. He is the former teacher of Sainik School, Trivandrum. He was one of the trainers for the SCERT (State Council for Educational Research and Training) Kerala. A passionate mathematician, he has been instrumental in bringing innovative changes in the Academic coordination when he was the Academic coordinator of the Indian School. He is an ardent reader of books; especially Malayalam literature and classics. His total experience is of 24 years in teaching Mathematics for senior classes. He is a good orator on human values and systems and has conducted various workshops on the topic in the community.
