ROAD SAFETY AWARENESS PROGRAMME

A Road Safety Awareness Programme began on Sunday, 5th June 2016 for the students of Class 1 at The Indian School, Riffa Campus. The campaign is being conducted by the Culture Directorate, Directorate of Traffic, Kingdom of Bahrain. The traffic officials, through child friendly films instilled safety on the road among the tiny tots in true play-way fashion. The importance of wearing a seat belt, avoiding using mobile phones while driving, crossing the road safely, following traffic signals , obeying traffic rules and the code of conduct in the school bus were the highlights of the presentations.
