  1. Copies of the first and last pages of the Passport and valid residence permit page
  2. Copy of CPR (print out)
  3. Vaccination Details - The vaccination/Immunisation Records must be produced at the time of Admission test for verification.

  4. One recent passport size Photo
  5. Copy of Birth Certificate (only for Bahrain Nationals)
  6. Membership card (Yellow card) and the latest fee receipt of the sibling/s studying in ISB for sibling category admission



CLASSES : II ONWARDS

  1. Copies of First, Last and RP Page of the Passport of the student (3 sets).
  2. Copy of CPR of the student (3 sets).
  3. For classes from II to VIII :
    The original Transfer Certificate attested from the following places (along with two copies of the same).
    1. Ministry of External affairs of the country in which the student last studied.
    2. Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Kingdom of Bahrain (This is not required if apostille is stamped from the respective Ministry).
  4. Original and copy of the latest Mark Sheet (For Classes II to VIII).
  5. For classes from IX to XII :
    The Originals of Transfer Certificate and Mark Sheet, attested from the following places (along with two copies of each):
    1. Ministry of External affairs of the country in which the student last studied.
    2. Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Kingdom of Bahrain (This is not required if apostille is stamped from the respective Ministry).
  6. Copy of the Immunization Card.
  7. One recent passport size Photograph.
  8. Copy of the Birth Certificate (only for Bahraini Nationals).
  9. For Sibling category, the Membership Card (Yellow card) and the latest fee receipt of the sibling(s) studying currently in ISB.
