Keeping in mind the nature of competition, stress and lack of emotional support for many the school has appointed a counselor to deal with various isolated issues. The counseling centre provides a platform for students to express and be heard. They are counseled on various issues. Apart from personal counseling the counseling centre also offers career counseling. It conducts the annual ISB Career Expo which has over 100 participants from various universities and colleges and is attended by thousands.
