- Copies of the first and last pages of the Passport and valid residence permit page
- Copy of CPR (print out)
- Vaccination Details - The vaccination/Immunisation Records must be produced at the time of Admission test for verification.

- Copy of Birth Certificate (only for Bahrain Nationals)
- Membership card (Yellow card) and the latest fee receipt of the sibling/s studying in ISB for sibling category admission
CLASSES : II ONWARDS
- Copies of First, Last and RP Page of the Passport of the student (3 sets).
- Copy of CPR of the student (3 sets).
- For classes from II to VIII :
The original Transfer Certificate attested from the following places (along with two copies of the same).- Ministry of External affairs of the country in which the student last studied.
- Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Kingdom of Bahrain (This is not required if apostille is stamped from the respective Ministry).
- Original and copy of the latest Mark Sheet (For Classes II to VIII).
- For classes from IX to XII :
The Originals of Transfer Certificate and Mark Sheet, attested from the following places (along with two copies of each):- Ministry of External affairs of the country in which the student last studied.
- Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Kingdom of Bahrain (This is not required if apostille is stamped from the respective Ministry).
- Copy of the Immunization Card.
- One recent passport size Photograph.
- Copy of the Birth Certificate (only for Bahraini Nationals).
- For Sibling category, the Membership Card (Yellow card) and the latest fee receipt of the sibling(s) studying currently in ISB.
