ISB Wins Overall Championship in Bahrain Athletic Meet
ISB bags 15 gold, 6 silver and 5 bronze medals Manama: The Indian School Bahrain(ISB) has bagged the Overall Championship with 26 medals in the Athletic Meet organized by Bahrain School and Collegiate Athletic Association by winning 26 medals. Representing the ISB, 42 young and promising athletes participated in the meet in various events at different levels. Around 35 schools and universities participated in the meet. The Indian School performed exceptionally well in the meet and bagged 15 gold, 6 silver and 5 bronze medals and won the overall championship. ISB Hon. Chairman Prince S Natarajan, Hon. Secretory Saji Antony, Executive Committee Member-Sports Rajesh Nambiar and Principal VR Palaniswamy congratulated the students, Physical Education HoD Saikat Sarkar, athletic coach M.O Benny and all the physical education teachers for making the institution proud and appreciated them for keeping up the school’s commitment to moulding the students' talents immediately after the pandemic.
