ISB Youth Festival Concludes on a high note
The stage events for The Indian School Youth Festival Tarang 2024 reached a spectacular conclusion on Tuesday at the school’s Isa Town campus. Among the standout performances, the Arabic dance and Western dance captivated the audience, showcasing the students' artistic skills and talent. In addition to the Arabic dance, the festival featured mesmerizing performances in cinematic dance and an energetic display from the western band, creating a diverse and exciting atmosphere.
With over 4,000 students participating in 120 events, the ISB Youth Festival has become one of the largest school youth festivals in the Gulf region, emphasizing the school’s commitment to fostering creativity and talent among its students. As the festival concludes, anticipation is building for the grand finale which will be held later, when the prestigious Kalaratna and Kalashri awards will be presented alongside group championship honors. The students of The Indian School are divided into four houses—Aryabhata, Vikram Sarabhai, JC Bose, and CV Raman—each competing for glory in various events.
ISB Hon. Chairman Adv. Binu Mannil Varughese, Hon. Secretary V. Rajapandian, EC Members, and Principal V.R Palaniswamy extended their heartfelt congratulations to the students for their enthusiastic participation. They also commended the teachers for their meticulous planning and organization, which ensured that the festival ran smoothly and was memorable for all involved.
