The Indian School Bahrain (ISB) Election Results Declared

 The Indian School Bahrain (ISB) held elections to the Executive Committee for the term 2023-2026, at the ISB campus in Isa Town on Friday. The panel led by Binu Mannil Varughese emerged victorious. The following candidates were elected to serve on the ISB Executive Committee for the next term.

3.Mithun Mohan  
4.Ranjini Mohan  
5.Bonny Joseph  
6.Biju George
7.Rajapandian Varada Pillai
 
Six candidates were part of Progressive Parents Alliance (PPA)while Biju George was the chairman candidate for the United Parents Panel (UPP).   Parvathi Devadasan, Middle Section Head Teacher was elected for the post of  Staff Representative to the Executive Committee. VK Thomas, Mohamed Ghouse Mohamed Saleem, and Aneesh Azheekal Sreedharan, serving as returning officers, oversaw the election proceedings. They expressed their appreciation and extended thanks to the teachers, administrative staff, and parents who actively collaborated with them, ensuring a seamless and impartial conduct of the   election.
A total of 22 candidates, representing various panels, participated in the highly anticipated election. The election was the first agenda  of the Annual General Body Meeting (AGM) held on Friday at the Jashanmal auditorium. The newly elected Chairman candidate , Binu Mannil Varughese, served as the Honorary Executive Committee Member (Finance and Legal Affairs) in the previous term.   Acknowledging the successful election process, ISB Honorary Chairman Prince S Natarajan, Honorary Secretary Saji Antony, EC members, and Principal VR Palaniswamy extended their appreciation to the  teachers and parents for their wholehearted support and cooperation.
