The Indian School Students Visit Khalifa Bin Salman Port

 A group of students from The Indian School Bahrain (ISB) recently visited the Khalifa Bin Salman Port in Hidd. The student delegation included members of the prefect’s council from classes 4 to 12.  The excursion proved to be a valuable experience for the students as it allowed them to interact with professionals from diverse fields. The port is operated by APM Terminals.  Expressing their thoughts on the excursion, School Head Boy Daneysh Subramanian and Head Girl  Sahasra  Kotagiri said, "This excursion offered us a unique opportunity to interact with professionals from various fields including logistics, engineering, security, and environmental science. Their insights and firsthand experiences greatly enriched our understanding and also ignited a spark of curiosity within us, inspiring us to explore and pursue fields related to the respective."
The visit was arranged by ISB Honorary Executive Committee Member Rajesh MN who also accompanied the students along with other teachers.   The officials at the APM Terminals expressed admiration for the ISB students' excellent discipline and thirst for knowledge, adding that they  were outstanding among the students from various schools who visited the port.
