Indian School Student Wins Maths Wizard Title

 Hiba P Muhammed, a student of The Indian School Bahrain (ISB), clinched the coveted Maths Wizard title in a fiercely competitive event held at Sacred Heart School Bahrain on May 3, 2024. She won the title, outshining 192 participants from 15 schools across Bahrain. Samhit Yedla, representing ISB, demonstrated remarkable prowess, reaching the final round and earning the distinction of school topper. Hiba belongs to the XF class, whereas Samhit is enrolled in the XQ class at The Indian School.
Bijo Thomas, the Head of the Mathematics Department at the ISB, expressed profound delight at the students’ triumph, attributing it to the diligent guidance provided by all faculty members specially Anitha Shajan, Stella Mary, and Bini Raj. Sreekala Nair, Head Teacher of Activities, coordinated  the school's participation. Sister Roselyn Thomas, Principal of Sacred Heart School, bestowed the trophy upon the winners. Acknowledging their success, ISB  Honorary Chairman Adv. Binu Mannil Varughese, Honorary Secretary V. Rajapandian and Principal VR  Palaniswamy extended heartfelt congratulations, emphasizing their potential for future triumphs. The victory not only reflects the excellence of ISB's Mathematics education but also underscores the dedication and talent of its students in tackling academic challenges.
