ISB  to Build New Toilet Block for Girls

ISB. Honorary Chairman Adv. Binu Mannil Varughese said that the school is planning to construct a new toilet block exclusively for girls as a permanent solution to the issue of the shortage of sufficient toilet facilities. The school has started preparing the project for building 100 toilets and to present it to the EGM and obtain approval for the construction. ‘We have deployed a greater number of female cleaners and assigned one female cleaner to each toilet block to ensure the cleanliness of the toilets at all times, he said.
The construction work of the new security cabin was completed and the fully equipped security cabin is now functional. The school has replaced the old buses with five new buses.   We have added the online facility for the payment of school fees using Debit card, Credit card and AMEX in addition to the existing fee payment facilities.   The school has established a Science Lab at the Junior Campus for the young children to develop their scientific temperament at the early stage of their academic path. By reallocating the routes of a few buses, plying with less than 50% of their capacity, without changing the bus stops of the students, we could manage to reduce the number of buses.   Installation of GPS facilities in the school buses, by the transport operator (to track the position of the school buses by the school authorities) is under process which will be functional from September 2024.  We have distributed the textbooks on time in the beginning of the academic year. We will try our level best to ensure the overall development of students with a main focus on academic excellence. The school executive committee expresses   sincere gratitude to one and all for having faith in us and giving an opportunity to serve the school and community at large, Adv. Binu Mannil said.
