ISB Student Wins International Accolade

  Indian School student  Mathumitha Natarajan has won third place in the art competition organised by the World Health Organisation in connection with World No Tobacco Day (WNTD). The art competition  was  conducted by WHO through their Bahrain country office.Mathumitha secured the prize in the age group of 14 -15. She is a class X student at the ISB.
She was felicitated with certificate and gifts  by the WHO Bahrain country officials at their Bahrain office in the presence of her parents V Natarajan,Swapnapratha Natarajan, 
ISB Middle Section Vice-Principal Jose Thomas and  other officials. The WNTD aims to raise public awareness about the harmful effects of tobacco use, in line with the World Health Organisation’s ongoing call for effective community efforts and partnerships to support plans, policies, and actions against smoking. The school officials felicitated Mathumitha in the presence of Principal V.R  Palaniswamy,Senior Section & Academic Administration Vice-Principal G Satheesh and Head Teachers.
ISB Hon. Chairman Adv. Binu Mannil Varughese, Hon.Secretary V. Rajapandian, Executive Committee Members, and Principal V.R  Palaniswamy extended their congratulations to Mathumitha Natarajan for her achievement in this international competition.
